Request a Return
If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit.
New, unused, uninstalled gear must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
Used gear returns may only be refunded in the form of store credit, less 15% restocking fee. Products returned with excessive wear or damage, or not in "new" resalable condition, may be refused.
Special Order Items, Complete Bikes and Custom Builds
Not eligible for return. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.

Shipping
You are responsible for packaging the return, purchasing postage and shipping label and all shipping costs. Please take the time to carefully package your returns. TFC is not responsible for any returns damaged in shipping or lost in transit.

It takes 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.

Warranty Policy
If you feel that your gear is eligible for a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer due to defect in its materials or workmanship, visit us at the Phillipsburg store or contact us at info@tailorfitcycles.com with your name, email, order number, product description and detailed information on the defect or issue.
Depending on the manufacturer, your location, and availability, we may direct you to contact the manufacturer directly for the most expedient process.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping any item being sent in for warranty evaluation. The evaluation period, and turnaround time, will typically take a minimum of 2-3 weeks.
