By participating in any bicycle group ride, event, clinic, or activity organized, led, sponsored, or promoted by Tailor Fit Cycles (“Tailor Fit Cycles”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that cycling and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to crashes, falls, collisions with vehicles, pedestrians, animals, or other cyclists, road and trail hazards, changing weather and road conditions, equipment failure, and the negligence of myself or others. These risks may result in serious injury, illness, property damage, permanent disability, or death.

I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with participation.

I certify that:

• I am physically capable of participating in the activity.

• My bicycle and equipment are in safe working condition.

• I will wear a properly secured helmet at all times while riding.

• I will ride responsibly and obey all applicable traffic laws and regulations.

I understand that Tailor Fit Cycles group rides and events may occur on open public roads, trails, and paths with conditions outside the control of Tailor Fit Cycles.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Tailor Fit Cycles and its owners, employees, contractors, ride leaders, volunteers, ambassadors, affiliates, sponsors, event partners, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including those arising from ordinary negligence.

I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for my own medical expenses, health insurance, bicycle equipment, and personal property.

Tailor Fit Cycles reserves the right to refuse or remove any participant from a ride or event for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.

If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must agree to this waiver on the participant’s behalf.
