These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website tailorfitcycles.com and any purchase, booking, or interaction with Tailor Fit Cycles ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 27 Union Square, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865. By using our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product information, pricing, and availability. Prices are listed in USD and exclude sales tax unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors, cancel orders affected by such errors, and update product availability at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment and shipping information you provide is accurate. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

 

3. Shipping

Shipping timeframes and costs are provided at checkout and may vary by product and location.

 

4. Returns

New, unused gear may be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, provided a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued in advance. Shipped returns sent without an approved RMA cannot be accepted. Full details, including packaging requirements and our return shipping address, are posted on our Return Policy page.

• Used gear may only be refunded as store credit, less a 15% restocking fee.

• If your original payment method is unavailable, refunds will be issued as store credit.

• Special Order Items, Complete Bikes, and Custom Builds are not eligible for return. Please contact us before purchase if you have questions about a specific item.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. We are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.

 

5. Warranty

Manufacturer warranty claims for defects in materials or workmanship may be submitted in person at our Phillipsburg store or by contacting us with your order details and a description of the issue. Depending on the manufacturer, you may be directed to contact them directly for the fastest resolution. You are responsible for shipping costs on items sent for warranty evaluation, and evaluations typically take a minimum of 2–3 weeks.

 

6. Services and Bookings

Bike fitting, repair, and consulting services can be booked through our online booking system. Appointments are subject to availability and our cancellation/rescheduling policies as communicated at the time of booking.

 

7. Waivers

Participation in group rides, demo rides, or test rides requires completion of the applicable waiver (Group Ride Waiver or Demo/Test Ride Waiver). By signing a waiver, you acknowledge and accept the risks described in that document.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Tailor Fit Cycles or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

 

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to attempt to access data not intended for you.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tailor Fit Cycles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products and services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

 

11. Third-Party Brands

References to third-party brands (including Basso, Bianchi, Cinelli, ENVE, Factor, Parlee, Salsa, Ventum, and others) are used to describe authorized products we sell and do not imply endorsement beyond an authorized dealer relationship.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
