Valar BH45D Disc Rims are constructed with Toray T800 Carbon Fiber.  Our engineers optimized the carbon layup with high tensile strength carbon fiber at the most critical areas of the rim for stiffness.    Use of thinner prepregs for better control of the layup, which make the same wall thickness but come with more layers, and bring a lighter weight with better stiffness.  Zero-Coating Technology is used to reduce weight and shows the fine fiber structure of the carbon rim giving each wheel an individual touch.
